WHOOAAAH~!
That's just explains all of yesterday at Wango Tango. ^__^
It was much cooler than I expected. Here's the run down of what happened:

First, I got to school at around 6 AM with doublet (a doublet is a type of jacket; ours is green) and saxophone stuff in hand while wearing all black like everyone else was. After a moment of wandering around, we loaded the buses. Might I add that they were air conditioned buses. ^__^

We got to the Rose Bowl at around 7 something AM. We unloaded and went to warm up and go over the music. To our suprise, La Puente, the band we tied with us at the audition, came in a school bus.

We went in the rose bowl after that to do a dress rehersal with JC Chasez on stage. lol...the whole time my section was playing the "what-will-fall-on-us" game. We were afraid that one of the workers would drop something on us. =P It was all cool nevertheless.

Afterwards, it was about 11 and we had freetime until 12pm (they were gonna feed us free lunch then =P). While we were heading back to the trailer to put our instruments away, we got free milk! Now, this was the good stuff. It was hersey's chocolate milk. As I put it, "So thick, you can't breathe. =P ...very very good stuff. ^_^

So our groupie then started to play some Magic until lunch. During which, was proceeded with trips to the truck that was giving away free milk. ^_^;;
Oh man....I only had 2 of them and I felt pretty bad. But think of my friend who drank 6! LOL! ^_^;; He had 2 chocolates, 2 vanilla milkshakes, and 2 cookies n' cream. Oh jeez.... flaming crap city.... lol.

Lunch soon came at 12 pm and we got some free hotdogs and veggies and fruits. At this time, I gave up magic to another card game. It's ERS or something and it uses regular cards. lol....Egyptian Rat Screw was the name of the game. It was pretty addicting and we never finished the first game. We played until 1:30pm.

We then went inside the Rose Bowl to see the performers at the show until around 5:50pm. Oh man...4 people made it all worth the day: Lasgo, Bowling for Soup, Sugar Ray, and...I'll save the last one for later. ^_^
Jeez...although we sat in the last row (row 75 or something) and in the center, it was still all worth it. The first time I heard the base in that stadium...oh man... My ribs were rattling and the whole place felt like it was gonna explode! ^___^ It was sooo~ cool!
When Bowling for Soup was on, Jason, the band's main drummer got up and started dancing to the song "Girl all the Bad Guys Want." All of us then got by him and started this jumping, dancing, group of band people all in black (remember i said we were all in black? ^_^). It was cool.
When Tyrese came on, oh jeez, he was all perverted and stuff. lol...he had like 4 girls on stage because he said he wanted to show his love to his fans. So then he said that he was gonna go to the back of the stage with them to do something he couldn't do out there. Lol....that was soooo wrong. He got "shut down" or something, as he said. lol....

At 5:50 pm we left the rose bowl to set up and warm up for our preformance. We preformed around 8:10 pm. Oh wow... it was soo cool. A lot of the people I know met all these famous people. Some met Santana (we missed seeing him preform...darn.. -_-), Wayne Brady, Hilary Duff, the lead singer of Sugar Ray, and a lot others. lol...I missed them all! ARGH! lol...Brad, a section buddy, and I were talking it up with the securtiy there. ^_^;;
And right before we went on, JC patted me on the back and said to all of us to have fun. He patted me on the back! *faints* lol....
Oh man....90,000 plus people were out there....
all cheering for us and JC! And I say again, whoa...
It was rad, super rad. ^__^

The performance went really well for all I know. Everything was so loud and stuff, I couldn't even hear JC sing. To add to that, there was a fog machine that was spraying directly at my head. lol....that was annoying but cool. The crowed kept on cheering so I suppose we did well. We went out back to the trailer to put our instruments away, all the way, we were shouting and chanting "G HOUSE!" =P
We kept our doublets on. All we went back inside to catch the rest of the show. All the way there, we were getting compliments. It was so cool. We went on the ground floor to see the rest of the show. I spent the rest of the time with Danielle. It was cool. We were all hyped and excited the rest of the evening. We were all bouncing and dancing the whole night to Nelly and some other songs.

Oh, and the last band and one of the four that made the whole thing worth it. Wow...the time was 11:30 pm or something. It was their 30th anniversary at Wango Tango. KISS went on! That was cool.There was a semi-mosh pit thingy going on and a lot of singing along. ^_^

We then went back to the buses and went home. Oh my aching legs...lol. We made it out of the parking pretty fast for a place that seats over 90,000 people. We got back to school at around 12:45 AM or something. I was really out of it. ^_^;;
After putting everything away I set forth to get home. I got back around 1:55 AM, ate some pizza, and then went to sleep. I then proceeded to wake up at around 12:30 PM the next morning/afternoon.

Wow...all I can say is that was really cool. Well, I gotta get to my homework -_-;;. Lol...until next time people! Keep smiling! ^__^
